Just watched tonight’s show, which opened with the Broncos - Bills game, and they spent the entire segment talking about the Bills. Besides the Broncos game-winning field goal, every clip played was the Bills failing. No Wilson to Sutton TD, no opening play Broncos take away, no Broncos love what so ever. What a joke.
This was my experience with a number of national radio shows today. Ended up using an app to listen to 104.3 out of Denver.

If it bleeds it leads. Hearing about the Bills falling apart is probably more interesting to neutrals than our win streak.
We’ve been a bad, irrelevant team for 7 years and we got really lucky last night. There’s not much to talk about

Maybe just a mention of this
We won’t be a focus until we at least have a winning record. Right now we are the season killers. The team that you shouldn’t lose to. A loss to us is an indication of something wrong.
Is this correct?? Im still not sure; this season has been too crazy so far. I’m slowly getting hope that we are turning the corner. If we beat the Vikings then I feel we are really starting to do well. Need to get the offense humming to really do well as the D is carrying.
I’m hoping stuff like this the team sees and uses as a chip on the shoulder for motivation. Nothing motivates an athlete like disrespect. They need to use this as fuel.
Well, to be fair, when we sucked they just talked about us all the time. They get more views from pissed off fans.
I noticed this also that all the media coverage these past few days focused on the Bills although it has almost all been negative about them so I’m not sure they feel great about the coverage.
We are dismissed generally in the media, they basically sum us up in about 30 seconds like: “so what about the Broncos, yeah they are improving, Russ is a game manager this stage of his career, credit to VJ for getting a functioning defense after conceding 70, Payton has improved them after moving away a couple of bad influences in the locker room, but they aren’t going to make any big waves in the post season”.
We might not like this but to be fair the Broncos have been irrelevant for 7 years so it will take more than a couple of good results to change that. If we turn a 3 game streak into a 5 or 6 game streak though I bet the media will start jumping on the new story about the Broncos being reborn, this being like the Tebow season and so on.
