It used to be I could go to the shop within the Dota 2 client and browse all the shop Arcana’s that were for sale. Now, I do not see an option to do this and it appears the only way to do it is by knowing which heroes have Arcana’s then browsing to them in the Hero customization menu and selecting the “purchasable” filter. This is awfully tedious and requires you to either already know which heroes have Arcana’s or to look them up using a third party website - wtaf!? Am I missing something or did valve just remove that option entirely?
