Recently there has been an onslaught of cars coming into the shop with 2-3 quarts of oil in their cars when there is supposed to be 5-6 quarts. This includes my girlfriend’s car who gets her oil changed done by me. Is there a reason why that is?
P.S. some cars that had their oil changed done recently come in with low oil light and low oil.
Hyundai? Kia?
Two of the cars were Hyundais yes
Chevy Silverado with the newest facelift?
Of all the cars, the one that stumped me the most is a 2013 Honda accord. They burn oil? I was asked to review the car and it was spotless minutes the fact that it only had 2 quarts of oil. As far as I know, the proper amount of oil was placed in. The owner likes to floor it often I’m not sure if that contributes to the loss of oil
