I got a replacement series 7 yesterday (via apple care) and set up my watch yesterday. Had issues with apps not downloading, called apple support and the said I had downloaded the beta software somehow 🤷‍♀️ they had me erase everything and re-setup.

Today, I go to use Apple Pay and my card is declined (plenty of money in account) and despite selecting my debit, it tried to charge Apple Cash (I don’t use at all.)

Called apple support today and they said I’m STILL using beta software. I’ve never tried beta before and I’m unsure how this happened. Question- next time an update comes out, will it continue to be beta or will I get a normal update? TIA!

Yep… I installed the update to 10.1 and it literally drained my battery in 30 minutes. Apple said I downloaded the beta and I will have to send it in…

This is on them. Wait for the next update to fix this mistake

They told me the same- only way to fix was to send it in! Luckily I didn’t have the battery issue. So annoying, absolutely their fault! I don’t even know how to install beta software 🤣
