I have a series 7 and used it tons this summer in Hawaii! It was perfect with my air pods so I didn’t have to try and look at my phone in the sun!

They told me the same- only way to fix was to send it in! Luckily I didn’t have the battery issue. So annoying, absolutely their fault! I don’t even know how to install beta software 🤣
