the 2 things he does best are so complimentary, hes a laser beam shooter and a smart cutter, he hits a couple 3s when someone sags just a little on him, he notices them start to play up on him, boom he cuts hard, then if you sag on him looking for the cut he knocks a 3 in your eye. hes gonna get there hes too smart not to

His defense is not there though. Ryan Anderson mold who should be elite on that end because on the other end he would get cooked too often.

It’s going to be interesting when Trey gets healthy. If Javale is getting consistent minutes, there’s really only room for one of them, assuming HB and Keegan and Domas are healthy. I loved what Sasha did last night and I could see him playing more minutes than Trey ultimately. Whatever happens, it’s a damn good problem to have because they both look like plus role players (granted it’s only one game for Sasha but he can obviously shoot and his defense was better than I expected).

The minutes question is the big one as long as Sasha can be an okay defender.

The good news, in my eyes, is that a lot of our guards have streaky shooting. We saw last season Mike Brown just completely ice out Huerter or Monk or TD because they were bricking everything. Now we got Duarte, Colby Jones, and Vezenkov competing for more minutes so I think he can get some play every night.
