Cowboys are -10.5. If they double cover, Fitty and Reich are gone Monday.

What makes the owner look worse, firing the guy he hired eight months ago or continuing to lose while rolling out the league’s worst offense? I think he has little brain recency bias so while I initially felt like Reich would get the whole year no matter what, I’m not feeling as confident in that these days.

If Reich gets the chop, Fitt better go too. Let Caldwell be HC with Brown calling plays/OC and Evero stays focused on defense. See what you have roster wise and open up the gd playbook, for the love of god.

Well, the bears were and still are not a very good team, and we looked God awful awful against them…so losing to a perennial Super Bowl contender wouldn’t be the end of the world. That being said, we would have to lose by 30+, I think. I don’t see many heads rolling. What’s the point? The team is bad, and one firing isn’t going to fix that. Our only thing we have going for us head coaching and gm candidate wise is that tepper is patient or seems that way giving rhule and fit so long. We lose that I dunno if anyone would ever consider the job aside from a low end coordinator.

I would guess a blow-out will mean someone’s gone. Fitterer’s days seem numbered and would likely be the mid-season sacrifice to the fans.

Reich I think sticks around for at least the whole season unless Tepper wants to give Ejiro a try-out for HC and get Brown to call the offense without Reich’s influence. But I think Reich will be given enough of a leash to see how he responds to a run of divisional games.

I 100% think that Frank should be fired at the end of the season, but I am severely worried about the impacts firing him mid season would have on Bryce. He’s already gone from Reich to Brown calling plays, now back to Reich. And if we fire Reich, he’d go back to brown or maybe even someone else.

As ugly as this year has been, we cannot continue to change playcallers and rotations week in and out and expect Bryce to just magically develop.

I was always in the Ben Johnson or Steichen camp, but I was not mad at the Reich hire. It seemed a little conservative, but I bought in when we added so many experienced staff members. Unfortunately it seems as those Evero is the only guy worth anything on the staff. That is why I am also willing to give him a shot at interim down the stretch.

It just seems like a lose-lose scenario that we will not escape. I expect Reich to finish out the year barring any embarrassing losses and we’ll finish around 2-15 or 3-14. Fitterer will probably be fired within the next 1-2 weeks and Reich shortly after if not in January.

Dear God. Can we not raise the most ginormous red flag in NFL coaching history by firing a HC after 10 games for nothing off-the-field?

No one legitimate will want to come here if they can’t count on even a full season.
