Lets try and get some perspective. Whatever happens with Bill and the Pats, we should try and remember the excellence that we all enjoyed over the last 20 years. We somehow came to take for granted winning the AFC ( which we did 9 times ) and 9 Superbowl appearances with 6 titles… None of that happens without Bill. The Bill-Brady combo was a powerhouse, and we all benefitted. Whether Bill goes somewhere else, JUST LIKE BRADY DID, we should lay off the daily beatings. 3rd winningest coach in history, he deserves our respect.

Bill was a great coach and GM, but the game has changed. The Pats do not have the brain power they once did, and he refuses to bring in outside help. Bill would get rid of Bill for not evolving with the times. He already said, " I am going to work with people that I like," this means he would not consider guys like Moss or Dillion because those guys were great players with character issues. He is no longer doing all he can to win and is more interested in playing games with the extra QB slot. All those moves and he does not have a clear alternative to Mac Jones.
