I’ve been looking all morning at Quentin Johnston and Jalen Guyton. Im seeing Johnson had 2 big passes that resulted in PI and would have made his day look a lot different, along with him being a 1st round pick in the draft.

On the other hand you have Guyton who’s making his return to football, really, and is seeing his workload increase more and more. He was second on the team (from what i’m seeing) in routes ran last week, is super fast, and passes the eye test.

I admittedly do not watch the chargers play every snap so does anyone have any insight on how these two receivers look and who has most upside ROS?

I dropped QJ in my 12 team PPR.

Upside is there, but he’s had 11 weeks to be more productive. There’s got to be a reason why the OC isn’t trusting him in high impact situations.

Chargers homer here. The pecking order is:

    - Keenan Allen (Q)

    huge gap

    - Austin Ekeler

    - Mike Williams

    huge gap

    - Josh Palmer

    - Gerald Everett (Q)

    - Quentin Johnston

    - Donald Parham

    - Jalen Guyton

Personally, I’m rolling out QJ based on the fact that he’s seen an increase in usage each of the last 3 weeks, finally scored his first TD, and is the future of the franchise. It’s possible he goes 10/120/1 is Allen is out, but a more realistic stat line is going to look like 5/60. So I’m playing him with upside hopes.
