It’s an interesting thought excersise. In my opinion (just an opinion!) I’d say he’d start on 7 teams, and maybe 3 more

    Pistons - no, Cade

    Cavs - no, Garland

    Pacers - no, Hali

    Atlantic

    Celtics - no, Jrue

    Knicks - no, Brunson

    Raps - maybe, Schroeder

    Nets - yes

    Philly - no, Harden/Maxey

    Southeast

    Hornets - no, Melo

    Heat - yes

    Magic - yes

    Hawks - no, Trae

    Wiz - no, tyus Jones

    West

    Northwest

    Nuggets - no, Murray

    Thunder - no, SGA/Giddey

    Blazers - no, scoot

    Jazz - yes

    Twolves - maybe, Conley

    Pacific

    Kings - no, fox

    Clippers - no, Westbrook

Lakers - yes (assuming we don’t list Lebron as their pg, but better than DLO)

    Suns - maybe

    Warriors - no, Steph

    Southwest

    Mavs - no, Luka/Kyrie

I think he’s a good enough combo guard and defender that you should consider 1-3. Not saying he would play the 3, but if someone has a guard who can play down a position, he could play the 1 or 2.

Either way, he’d start on multiple other NBA teams already. There’s a case that he should start over Benn right now. I’m not saying that case should be made or that it’s correct, but there’s an argument to be made for that based solely on his ability to be a secondary playmaker and perimeter defender.
