Do you know how amazing it would be if we had a Mirage from Apex style hero

Ashe. ‘Hot female sniper’ design is getting repetitive and boring which makes the design look cheap and lazy, but that design is one of the best ways to attract boys and girls.

We already have Widowmaker as hot female sniper, and then we have Ana as somewhat another hot female sniper.

Having BOB as the playable character will have been much cooler.

Rammatra, specifically his nemesis form. I cycle my highlight intros and seeing that intro where he blocks a missile and revealed those are arms attached from his shoulder and his normal arms are crossed just disgust me. Everytime i think about it i just wonder why not just use all four arms and then do like that Jojo ora ora ora

id say hanzo, everyone has something relatively unique about how they look, or what they’re supposed to be, but hanzo’s just a dude with a bow even his clothing doesn’t really do something fantastical to improve him in some way (ow2 skin makes it a little bit better though imo)

As much as I love pharah

Pharah. Just can’t stand her personality, her lack of backstory (or lack of mom), and just overall how she’s shown

The closest I’d say (and I play him a lot, my go to support) is Lifeweaver

Something about his eyes just looks… off

Soldier. He just screams boring video game character. At least sojourn has interesting cybernetic shit going on.

As a bonus, the best is Ramattra and I will fight to the death to defend that. Sigma is an honorable mention though.

lifeweaver. his face was designed with extra “care” to come across more attractive im assuming but it had the very opposite effect. his visual design in general is very cluttered, and dont get me started on the hair its truly awful.

Sym, I just find her whole design extremely boring. Like yeah she is supposed to be a corporate design, but that doesn’t make it good.

And also her basic color scheme of “default asset blue” isn’t a good choice either

Sigmas OW2 skin it just looks so boring and bland compared to his OW1 skin

lifew flower on the back kinda look over the top to me. it’s like he’s yelling “hey, look at me, i’m the flower guy!”. i though this guy was a fugitive, not some diva (diva, not d.va).

i mean i think most of the characters are pretty unique but making the australians criminals, the americans use normal guns and the middle-eastern lady use rocket and bomb people… idk i think theres a few dodgy things in there

I’ll give you one that most probably don’t think about:

Moira

What’s the issue? everything about this hero is “free” with next to zero skill expression

Primary - tap and shake mouse, everybody in front of you is now getting heals

Secondary - hit box so generous that it’s damn near impossible to miss your target

Orb - toss in a general direction and people in front of you are getting heals or they’re taking damage. Even redirects itself. Goes through barriers, wide radius

Fade - best get out of jail for free card in game. And now they made it easier to do so by allowing you to jump in middle of it

Coalescence - outside of zarya, completely unmitigatable, piercing damage or heals, once again with a generous hit box making it damn near impossible to miss targets, also easier to use since they added ability to fade in middle of it

So why is it problematic? Because it’s just raw heals and damage which can only get you so far. It lacks utility to really make her a good candidate for a support (when was last time she was “good”). Her skill expression is so damn non-existent that she has a cap on how much value she can provide. Likewise it’s so damn low that she’s a complete nuisance for lower tiers. You can’t actually give her what she needs, because on a kit that ridiculously easy to use, you would just make her busted for many players and nobody would actually enjoy playing against that (lifeweaver suffers from some of the same)

Sojourn is about as interesting as a wet napkin

I know he’s not officially out yet, but Mauga. Like, that one shot of him puffing out his chest just looks like a joke. He literally does look like he’s been inflated. That was the first image I saw of him and I thought it was fake.
