SoAny champion with Heartsteel and Titanic, sunfire or demonic embrace can technically infinitely scale damage and health.
But if you’re looking for champs who naturally infinitely scale inside of their kits, you have :
- Sion (top)- Veigar (mid/adc/supp)
- Bard (supp)
- Thresh (supp)
- Senna (adc/supp)
- Aurelion Sol (mid)
- Belveth (jg)
- Cho’gath (top/mid/jg)
- Kindred (jg)
- Swain (top/mid/supp)
technically Shyvana with drakes giving her definitive armor and MR but that’s really low and you need to get the drakes.
From what you said, I think Veigar, Aurelion and Cho’gath seem the most accurate to what you’re looking for
