Seemingly a lot went against us that game; a lot of missed open threes by our best player, some missed bunnies, awful reffing, but we still pulled out a win by settling down and getting it to Porzingis down low and finding White for an open three off a great action.
Impressive win considering all that went against us. Still stuff to work on though.
it’s great we can win a game where tatum goes 1/11 from three. it’s not as great that he’s still having games like this. thought he had raised his efficiency this year, now his numbers sliding back toward past years quickly.
The Derrick White trade has changed my life
fuck these dumbass courts
Al mighty mogul!
Lol Darko was like G’JOB BYE and hightailed to the locker room at the end. He really wanted to make a statement after last week. Ah well.
That Jalen injury right at the end did not look good. I’m worried.
So although we’re winning, I’m really finding joes lack of coaching ability concerning. A team with this much talent shouldn’t have to play so scrappy and desperately. They’re out there chucking up 3s and it’s always 1 in 4 out. Joe still has issues with timeouts and just seems to have no plays he can draw up and rely on.
Hear me and rejoice! Your Toronto Raptors have had the privilege of being saved by the Great Forehead. You may think this is suffering. No… it is salvation. The universal scales tip toward balance because of your sacrifice. Smile… for even in death, you have become children of Derrick White
We can’t have Jayson Tatum going 1-12 from 3pt if we want to win games, unless we get lucky.
I don’t know what needs to change but I think we need to get Kristaps more looks so he can draw in the defence to kick out to the open shooter, Tatum.
If we keep that strategy up, we should be able to get Tatum into a more consistent 3pt shooter so we can beat Denver in the championship
Brads Guards > Danny’s Guards
It’s good that we can win when Tatum has a bad game (by his standards)
Ugly win, but a W is a W. Did anyone know or remember is this the first time in 12 games (small sample size) we let opponent come back from 15+ point lead?
