Remove the scoring possessions of each top 10 scorer… what does the rest of their team’s scoring efficiency look like? Golden State’s 52.4 TS% outside of Curry would rank last among teams. They’ve also shot what would be a by far league worst 46.4 eFG% on open/wide open shots.
If Golden State outside of Steph scored at league average efficiency, their team’s overall scoring efficiency would currently rank 8th rather than 24th.

I didn’t get why anyone was acting like they were a threat last year or this season.
They are DONE.
Historically great run. But, they’re just done with their current roster.
Steph will still put up some crazy nights. No team will actually WANT to play them in the playoffs because defending Steph for 4-5 games will wear a team out.
But, I can’t imagine any team would actually be afraid of GS in a playoff series.
