I know the sample size is quite small at only 3 games, but expanding the sample size to 6 games (half the season) doesn’t show much drop of. Over the last 6 games the bucks are also top 10 in both offensive and defensive ratings. Its very encouraging to see that the bucks are playing like a top team both offensively and defensively. The stats can be seen here: https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/nba-team-defensive-rating-ranking-last-3-games.
They have been better since the Knicks game. Putting Brook in drop brought some coherence back to the defensive scheme.
Are you suggesting that a team with a new coaching staff, a last minute change at a key assistant position, and a late addition superstar who is known for needing time to get used to new players may have just gotten off to a slow start before figuring it out a bit?
Dude, everything suggested that it will be a rocky start and we are still 8-4.
This team will be scary
Yeah, .667 win % was good enough for #3 in the east and #1 in the West last year. If this is struggling, can’t wait to see what full strength looks like.
It’s somewhat meaningless, but so was our DRTG after the first 3 games.
The defense is looking better. I doubt it’ll still be elite, but we can good-average.
Bulls, Raptors & Hornets…
I’m scared of what luka is going to do to us tonight tho 🤣. And fuck the NBA. This is a marque match up. So let’s have one team come off 3 days rest and the other 2nd night of a back to back across the country
