First of all Shaq is one of the kindest and most jovial and nicest guys to fans. No fan has ever had a bad experience with him.
He may not be a perfect x and o’s analyst but he doesnt say the same cliche things other guys like Reggie, Jackson, Burke, Smith all say. He has his own trailblazing opinions and is always genuine and honest.
He also seems to genuinely care about the players and wants to see them improve and he expresses it in weird ways but he clearly cares and wants to help players.
Everyone hates that hes too harsh on Dwight but those are the standards hes held him to.
You mean to tell me, “I was telling Chuck in the back, if they come out tonight and do what they need to do, they should win this game” isn’t enough hard hitting analysis for you?
