I’m just frustrated with the media, it feels like one mistake or a bad game negates everything else l. No quarterback is perfect but in order for Brock to be the real deal his team isn’t allowed to lose and the fact that he had a multiple interception game means he’s a hack…… if Kenny Pickett had Brock’s numbers everyone would be amazed and calling him the nexts goat regardless of having a bad game.

When ur a homer, ur team always feels more scrutinized. Purdy has been praised endlessly as well. It’s what happens when u lose.

Because he was picked last in the draft and won his first 10 games. There’s a big contradiction in that, even a top pick isn’t expected to perform like that so a last pick?

People are truing to justify not having him on any list or draft mock.

I don’t think that’s accurate, plenty of other QBs get just as much scrutiny, especially when their success or failures are outside the norm.

The thing about Purdy is that : He’s been as perfect as you’d want your young QB to be both on and off the field.

He throws balls well at all 3 levels, scrambles when he has to, goes through his reads at NFL level speed, anticipates when he has to, is accurate and takes care of the ball.

Off the field, he’s quiet…only ever talks when he asked to do so. He still lives with a roomie…is part of a nice loving family with a committed relationship.

He just seems almost too perfect so I think it’s envy
