Being one of the first “haters” if you want to call that, when it comes to “people don’t know how to give feedback” statement, I have now come to realise that yes Phreak is right. No this is not irony or satire. Although every recent Phreak change seems very very questionable and probably on the wrong side, what he said in his video is undoubtedly facts for 95% of the cases. And it makes sense.

90% of the playerbase is low elo. Lack of skill to play or counter X champion as well as lack of skill in general, will create wrong perceptions about the game and thus the feedback will be far from right. On top of that add the actual bias towards or against a champ and boom, you have created the worst possible thing that you can say to a dev in order for him to improve the game.

Thank god that all the feedback is “my champion sucks” because if it wasn’t, then for example just imagine a 5 year old giving advice on how chess rules should be changed. Yeah good luck with that.

(Note : However when truly knowledgable and valid feedback is provided like in the Velkoz instance, then yes that should be taken into consideration and not ignored.)
