I’ll go first: Security Breach. I had to watch a whole tutorial on how to exit the laundry level, only for me to find out that the exit… was right in front of me. Between two washing machines I was staring directly at. Anyone else have these dumb realization moments?
They are very good games! I replayed then recently on the NSO gameboy thing.
I also realized another hilariously stupid problem I had.
In the final battle with Onox, I didn’t realize I could bat the Din crystal away with the road of seasons, so I just tanked the recoil damage. It took me so long to finally beat that game because of that.
It was years later when a friend told me I could use the rod that way. I was gobsmacked. Replayed and had a much easier time.
In my defence, at no previous point in the game is the rod of seasons ever used in a combat setting, and I don’t recall any dialogue to hint at it.
