His abilities seem like a sidegrade to Xerath / Seraphine eith minor change sof shape and type of damage.

He has no dashes and his defense doesnt seem insane.

His abilities are all skillshots and none of them seem terribly broken (except his EE which is basically an orianna ult without the damage)

He seems fun and very gamesense oriented as he seems less about insanr mechanics but making the right choices

I am sure they want him to be mid but boy do I see his abilities as particulary nasty support.

Also there is a picture mage in Black Clover that I always found to be best thing in it.
