Has anyone been billed for their next Bally billing cycle and not received the 7 day credit as promised?

I was just charged the same price as the month prior. Website activated account.

    No fuck this. Cancel your subs.

    This is basically a scam. You are being billed for the month, then shit happens and they try to “smooth it over” but in reality it’s a hassle to even contact customer service over the issue because most people won’t do it.

    Doesn’t help me when my subscription renewed in October and I have to wait a whole year which by then won’t renew anyway.
