Hello Folks,

I have an Model X order and VIN Got assigned just two days back.

My Model X costs me around 91k including six seats and Yolk before EV Credits and Business usage claim ( Purchased for Business). While I was waiting for my X I was able to find a Certified BMW 2023 X7 that has 10k miles and optional features that can cost you 110k today if you buy new. It also qualifies for business usage not for EV Credit though.its costing around 89k.

If you are in my scenario what would you choose? I think both are still good deals.

Close the door hard on a BMW and listen to the sound.

Close the door hard on a Tesla and listen to the sound.

    Enjoy your BMW.

You mean between the model x and the iX? Or the model x and the rivian r1s? Either way, you either like tesla or you do not like tesla. If you like tesla , go for it. The BMW is a far more superior vehicle, unless you like tesla.

If you want a good car get the X7. If you want an EV get the X. There are way better EVs to choose out there.

    Car and driver reviews:

    BMW X7: https://www.caranddriver.com/bmw/x7

    Model X: https://www.caranddriver.com/tesla/model-x

TLDR: BMW X7 gets a 9.5/10, while the Tesla Model X gets 6.5/10. It’s not even close lol

Additionally, I’d consider a fully loaded BMW X5 if I were you, since the Model X and the X5 are more comparable in size. For the price, a $91k X5 would give you a lot more bang for your buck than a $91k X7 as far as selecting a higher power drivetrain, that would also give you an amazing driving experience. It also offers a hybrid powertrain if you still want to go the electric route. Review below:
