There was an special hidden appearance for windwalker monks artifacts during legion expansion in World of Warcraft that only had a small % chance to drop during a very annoying weekly mini game. Not only did it take tons of runs to finally get, but it was pretty ugly and I never ended up using it, but wanted it for completionists sake.
