Kenny may not be it. But I feel like the Steelers broke him. No easy plays to get him on schedule. No route concepts over the middle. No go balls. Nothing schemed for the strengths of the players. Nothing schemed for situations. Now Kenny is either holding and throwing late or rushing and throwing high and wide. Even routine downs feel like a panic and a prayer.
