Bro is basically a rookie, thrown into a bad situation. If he plays a couple more games like this in this season then we have every right to be concerned. But i feel like you have to coach a better game then whatever the fuck that was. Give him a break till next season. With a new coaching staff, better O line and better scheming. Obviously he should have played better, that’s a given, but we dont need to run out for a QB (just yet, we’ll see).

    This is going to be super unpopular but Sam is like, C+, B- on the whole NFL scale right now. He’s fixed some flaws like holding on the ball too long but you can’t overcome being a 6’1 guy that only eats chicken fingers. He does a lot of things well, great arm talent, good processing speed for reading defenses (sometimes), but he’s far from untouchable. I don’t think he will ever be top 5 in the league.

    That said, he’s shown great progress. If he can learn to read protections and we get a better OL he will be a franchise QB.
