Tl;dr did a lot of front end work and the ride was horrible until I loaded it up.
On my project truck I replaced the radius arms, complete front suspension, complete front brakes (and lines) and the driver side trans axle universal joint and then took it in for a wheel alignment, took it home…and…the shudder at speed (faster than 50mph) was horribly annoying almost bouncing.
But I just used it for trash hauling so I ignored it. Two weeks ago I put the first load in the tray (800lbs of soil).
The ride home was smooth and it’s been a very smooth ride since then.
Any idea how this is possible?
