I just spent some time searching this sub and see no mention of AR II. There was a post almost two months ago critical of him and that’s it. Let me add some other facts.

The Steelers got a D- on the NFLPA player survey. There were poor marks for training room, locker room and weight room. Players don’t feel investments are made in the facilities. This is supposed to be a world class organization.

It’s been widely reported that the Steelers NEVER get rid of a coach until their contract expires. You need an innovative OC to help your young QB? Well tough shit we ain’t playing Matt Canada and another OC. Live with it.

Hey look, one of the best defensive coaches falls in our lap last year in Brian Flores. Well too bad because we only promote cheap options from within so take him Vikings. We’re good.

I like Omar Kahn, hopefully he’s great. But again just another example of promoting from within.

There is zero investment made in this team. It’s become insular as fuck with no outside ideas or influence to penetrate its outmoded thinking.

Move over Bob Nutting, you have competition for the worst owner in the city. The only difference is Nutting didn’t have his father be one of the best owners in the history of pro sports.

You must be blind then, this sub’s been blaming Art for just about anything under the sun to shift blame away from Tomlin anytime anyone dares hold him accountable for the team he’s coached for 17 years. According to people here Tomlin doesn’t hire his own coordinators, would be told to kick rocks if he insisted Canada be fired and is mute in offensive meetings. Tomlin is our DC by the way, it’s why Flores wasn’t interested in sticking around. Tomlin wouldn’t continue to sign extensions with a team that doesn’t allow him full rein of his staff, especially when he’d have teams lining up for the opportunity to run the show. If Tomlin wanted Canada gone, he’d be gone and you’re lying to yourself if you think otherwise.
