    Mods can we please ban these shit trade idea posts every day. We’re not trading for Lauri, Mikal Bridges, Vuc, or any other person making 30 million that does nothing to make us better. If we do any kind of move it’ll be something like moving bertans or Mann for more 2nd rounders

    The Thunder are on 58 win pace. They are already legit contenders. Right now, they have minimum probably a 40% chance against anybody in the West except for a healthy Denver. I don’t want anybody to get injured but it happens. And being in place to swoop in and snatch a finals appearance if that happens isn’t a bad place to be.

    The other thing to consider is that Lauri isn’t being shopped. Utah wants him on their team and he seemingly wants to be there. The only way good players get traded in the NBA is if they demand a trade or make it clear they aren’t resigning and their contract is ending. To get Lauri from Utah it would take a dramatic overpay from OKC (Jdub + Dort + Giddy + Several 1rps).

      I personally wishes he didn’t disappear in close 4th quarter games outside of inbounding. Volumes are spoken when Wiggins comes in for nut cracking time.

      Josh is only in his 3rd year so I know that by his 5th my comment may be irrelevant, but it’s noticeable when all the starters expect him are on the floor and it happened last year too
