So many fans (not just Thunder fans) forget that guys come into the NBA with a lot of room to improve and that even the best prospects are usually 1 or 2 seasons away from being a positive contributing player on a winning team. Patience is almost always better than panic trades. There are no development shortcuts.

Why is it unethical? I see myself as a business and it is normal for businesses to have more than one customer. If I meet the needs of my customers then why should one customer care how many other customers I have.
