Not just players but also coaching staff.

It feels like LPL is much better competition wise at the top level only to find Korea just comes backs and wins it.

As much as I like T1 and am happy they won I knew this sub would become insufferable after they won…funny how a T1 worlds win somehow erases like a half decade of strong-to-dominant LPL international performance.

LPL was only dominant in 2018-2020. After that both lpl and lck are very close to each other.

Don’t forget 2021 MSI 2021 Worlds 2022 MSI all were 5 game series. Lpl teams was better in those game 5. But after that in world’s 2022 lck showed what is called domination.

Then in MSI 2023 lpl showed domination

And in world’s 2023 lpl and lck were very close to each other. T1 was just the best team. Just because lpl had 3 teams in semi doesn’t prove that they were better. Wbg had one of the most luckiest Run(except for semis when they peaked in performance).

Geng will beat wbg and could have been semi finals and it could have been 2 teams for LCK and lpl in semi

I agree, I think I was not entirely clear when I said “strong to dominant.” I think what I meant was that over the last several years they have put up dominant performances at SOME events, meanwhile at others have just put up strong performances and were ultimately topped by LCK those events.

I don’t mean to say that LPL outperformed LCK over the last 6 years, because I don’t believe that, but rather that it has been a pretty even push and pull between the 2 regions
