Where are the “I’m having a blast this year!” people from a week ago. This is Blazers basketball.
Outside of last game and the last quarter in Sacramento I’ve been having fun. But it really stinks Scoot isn’t out there developing but Shaedon is getting the run of a lifetime so hopefully it helps.
I thought Chauncey’s biggest attribute was getting the young guys to hustle and be hungry. Nobody looked like they wanted to be out there tonight. No urgency.
Watching Ime do wonders with the Rockets while we are stuck with dopey Chauncey. Next year he’ll figure it out!
This was the first game in this losing streak where I legitimately thought, “Damn we are getting smoked and have no chance”. I think that’s a testament to how resilient our team is in fighting back to bring games close. You would have to think that a couple of our loses would have been wins with the type of offensive fire power Ant can bring by himself.
I didn’t think the song Thunderstruck or the movie Thor would be ruined for me but after this game it was.
