This is so random, but do y’all think Joe would still come to home games and stay at the sidelines to support the team or nah? I know tee and Hubbard were on the sidelines so I’m just wondering if Joe would do the same.
Yes.
He said in an interview that part of his role now is to support the team morale. So I imagine he’ll be there. Not much else he’d be doing.
Unless it’s just days after a surgery, he should be there on the sidelines.
I would guess he’d probably not be there at all for a game or two, recovering from the surgery, but I’m sure we’ll see him on the sidelines helping Jake after that.
I’m sure he’ll be there for home games. Not sure about away games. I think plane rides negatively effect recent surgery and could cause swelling so I don’t blame him if he skips those
I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if he tries to road-trip to some of the games. He’s so dedicated to the game and the team almost to a fault.
He said he would be around and involved, even on non-game days. My bet is he’ll be on the sidelines wearing a headset for most games.
I expect him to have a headset on myself. Honorary offense/qb coach
He needs to be there, not just for team morale but also to have an opportunity to read the defenses while not actively playing, which would give him a lot of valuable insight and knowledge going into next season. For now, he can step into an “advisory” role and point things out to the various coaches that they might not notice.
100% yes. He might even go to away games to help Browning/McCarron. He can help mentor and spot things in the D. As well as be there for morale.
Well he said he would
Joe is a true leader, he will be there at games. He is not one to say, skip the plane ride for a playoff game like LamaRB.
100 percent. He will be very likely a huge influence in the offense and game day, even if it’s just talking in Browning’s ear
Just a flopping of roles. The backup QB is supposed to help the starter spot things in the defense. Joe will do his job.
