    It’s so funny how we had such strong options about the differences between these guys when they all have similar stats. Duck was the worst but he was the only one who wasn’t afraid to launch it

      I always thought we should have just kept Jones and not drafted Dobbs or Ruldolph. At the end of Ben’s career, we were screwed if / when he got hurt anyway. Might as well use those draft picks on guys who aren’t destined to hold a clip board unless the worst case scenario occurs.

    At some point, any other offense would’ve had a fluke game where they overperformed all expectations. Even the worst QBs of all time have had that one game where they went off inexplicably.

    It’s an indictment of Matt Canada that throughout this many different QBs over the past 3 years, his offense hasn’t even come close to having a game like that. Yes, we obviously need a clear cut QB1 to be our face of the franchise. But until we get an OC who isn’t so blatantly predictable, it won’t matter who our QB is. The next one will simply be the latest in this line of underproducing QBs.
