Lebron can come off his contract once the season ends, and considering how unlikely the Lakers’ championship chances look, there’s a very good chance that he might consider moving to a new team for a couple of years, just to give himself a real shot at one last championship

Philly will be the only destination with legit stars, that can also offer him a huge contract. Besides, considering how anaemic next year’s free-ageny class is, Lebron looks to be the best option anyway

So what do you guys think? Should the Sixers pursue Lebron for an all-in run at the championship next season?

I don’t think it would happen. It is sad though watching LeBron STILL have to be a first option on that sorry ass lakers team. He would be a third option on the sixers.

I’m a little out of the loop on Bronny James. What’s his current health situation and what are people projecting for his future? Is he still expected to enter the next draft after his recent health scare? Drafting him might be the best path to getting LeBron.

Personally, I’m not a big fan of LeBron James at all; of all of the people with legitimate GOAT claims, he’s the biggest fakest douchebag of them all. But I acknowledge that even a 40 year old LeBron would be phenomenal on this team. He wouldn’t need to carry any sort of scoring load and could have his minutes managed to preserve him. His strength as a passer would be highlighted well on this team. And a rested LeBron could still be a great defender in the guts of the playoffs.

Signing LeBron is basically the basketball version of signing a deal with the devil. No matter what he wins while he’s here, he’ll leave the team in tatters. Hard pass for me

No. We should pursue him THIS year.

The odds are astronomical, but why not call? LA may want to more him if he is t going to re-sign.

Yes, I know it’s a very long shot, but it does not hurt to make a call.

That’s really interesting; I would not hate a Tobi and picks for LeBron trade at the deadline. Doubt lakers do that even if they bomb this year though. LeBron isn’t leaving LA that’s where he and his family want to be. As long as he and AD are there, they are going to sell out.

I heard LeBron was checking out retirement communities out near Malvern. I fully expect Keith to keep us up to speed on the latest. /s

If we just wait till he’s dead it’ll be a steal.
