Curious who are the top 10 players on the team this season in your opinion?
1 Lamar Jackson - we are a two or three win team without Lamar. I debated having Ro above Lamar so I could see an argument for that.
2 Roquan Smith - leader of the team, our best defensive player of the last decade.
3 Kyle Hamilton - might be the best draft pick EDC has made so far, he’s amazing at every position he is asked to play.
4 Tyler Linderbaum - the anchor of the oline, all pro in his future.
5 Justin Madubuike - sacks on sacks, hopefully not playing himself out of a contract extension.
6 Mark Andrews - thought about not having him in the list due to the injury but he is invaluable to the team and a big reason we have been winning.
7 Gus Edwards - slow start to the season but his TD production the last few games has been insane, he’s also protected the ball well and is a bruiser of a back.
8 Zay Flowers - breath of fresh air for receiving and has opened up the passing game. His production is down from the start of the season but expect him to make a bigger impact without Mandrews.
9 Justin Tucker - bit of a down year but he is still the GOAT. His misses have been either blocks (not his fault) or missing from 50+. He would probably be higher if he hit some of the others.
10 Jadeveon Clowney - absolute monster FA signing, he has been constantly disruptive even if he doesn’t have a huge number of sacks, he is blowing up plays.
Honorable mentions that could have made the top 10: Brandon Stephens, Geno Stone, Morgan Moses
Curious to see who yall got.
Tier 1 (playing at an All Pro level)
- Lamar Jackson
- Roquan Smith
- Kyle Hamilton
Tier 2 (should be Pro bowl alternatives)
- Jadeveon Clowney
- Tyler Linderbaum
- Justin Madubuike
Tier 3 (their work has not gone unnoticed some pro bowl votes for them as well)
- Zay Flowers
- Mark Andrews
- Patrick Queen
- Odafe Oweh
Mitchell needs at least a mention.
This is not a 2-3 win team without Lamar. There is a lot standing between this roster and a team like the Giants/Bears/Patriots/Panthers besides just Lamar
Tough to put Justin Tucker on this list. His bad seasons may be average for everyone else, but it is still a bad season for him.
