I still think Justin is the dude. He has obvious weaknesses that are probably exacerbated by the current coaching staff, but the positives outweigh the negatives overall.

Based on what I’ve seen from people that are way more qualified than me to evaluate the situation, the coaching staff is to blame for a lot of the problems on offense. Getsy basically knows how to do one thing well, which is pushing the run-game, but overall scheme and playcalling is a disaster.

It really sucks for Fields and this offense to have to start over again, but I have zero faith in Getsy to evolve into some sort of offensive guru. At the very least, Getsy should be gone at the end of the season, and probably Flus as well if Poles has any chance of saving his job.
