Am I the only on this planet that understands Josh McDaniels? Renfrow using double and triple moves simply won’t work in this offense. He knows the strengths and weaknesses of his players and this is exactly the case here. In this case he knows it would be impossible to ask Jimmy G to anticipate the cuts and moves and get the ball to him. So he leans heavily on his analytics and quarterbacks inabilities. It takes up more time to go 3 and out than throwing a lane duck interception. just wonder who signed this QB?

      A) all you’re arguing there is that Josh is good at knowing how to lose slower

      B) Jimmy is a QB. He needs to be able to build a rapport with his receivers. Plus, if Renfrow is open, then Jimmy should be able to get the ball to him

      C) If you want to say Hunter’s routes take a long time to develop, then OK. But its not like we’re a fast-strike passing offense. Jimmy is dropping back in the pocket and holding the ball for a long time before he finally forces it to Davante in double coverage or dumps it off to JJ for 2 yards and an immediate tackle. They have the time to use Hunter if they bothered to try

      D) Hunter is a unique talent. If a coach cant figure out a way to use that talent, that’s their failure as a coach
