    I know this will be a contentious discussion here- but rich makes some good points.

    Full disclosure… I’m in the pro stefanski camp. I think he’s a great coach and it would be insane to fire him. He’s the best coach we’ve had in my adult life and I want to see him continue to build his team.

    There aren’t coaches like him just sitting around. Switching coaches would more than likely result in us having a far worse coach. And I don’t want to get back on the coach carousel.

    Stefanski is a better leader than he is an in-game coach. And that’s because he’s genuinely a great leader.

    So much attention is drawn to Stefanski’s scheme and in-game calls, but more attention has to be drawn to how he has completely changed the culture in this franchise.
