Offense is turning the ball over too much. It needs to be cleaned up.
4 of those turn overs came on one day
Rewriting this to more easily compare an offense to the opposing defense, since those are the elements that actually face each other:

| GB Off | Rank | Rank | DET Def —|—|----|----|---- PPG | 20.2 | 20t | 22 | 22.9 Total Yds | 319.6 | 21 | 9 | 313.0 Rushing Yds | 102.1 | 21 | 5 | 89.5 Passing Yds | 217.5 | 19 | 16 | 223.5 3rd Down % | 43.5 | 8 | 7 | 35.3 Red Zone Eff | 47.1 | 27 | 30 | 67.7 Turnovers | 12 | 10t | 24t | 12
Thanks. This is definitely a good way to organize the data also.
Gibbs is gonna eat good on Thanksgiving
Jeez-o-Petes, our poor poor secondary. CJGJ can’t get healthy fast enough :|
Lions rush for 225 yards on Thursday that’s my bold prediction
They still can’t defend the run let’s goo
Link to Tweet (or whatever we call them now).
Some points of interest for me:
- Lions rushing offense vs. Packers rushing defense looks like a juicy matchup. I would expect to see a lot of both backs.
-Red zone efficiency continues to be an issue on both sides of the ball for Detroit, but particularly on defense. GB has a solid red zone defense, so the offense is really going to have to figure it out down there
-GB ranks low in both rushing and passing offense. Our passing defense is pretty weak but this seems like it could be a decent matchup for our secondary
