Daniels would probably make the Falcons into serious contenders. He’s as likely to hit as any QB I’ve seen, meaning that there’s no way to know but he looks the goods.

A QB at 9th overall is gonna take at least a year to be on the same level as Ridder, we really should be trading draft picks for an established QB so w ecan get this team going before contracts start running out.

Go for it. I wasn’t us to draft Fields and Levis, and would be glad to take him. End of the day, we need to draft a QB until we find one that works. It should be top priority every year until we have our guy. (And even then we should go for a high-end backup…. i.e., the Eagles drafting Jalen Hurts when Carson Wentz was an MVP candidate).

Nah…if Artie’s in charge we gonna solidify TE or Oline. Maybe a FB. He will role with Tannehill/Heinicke/Ridder QB battle

I don’t care who we take in round 1 as long as it is a QB. I’ve learned that no one really knows wtf they’re talking about when it comes to QB scouting, it’s almost all about getting lucky. Daniels would be fun as hell if he works out

I wouldn’t be averse to taking Daniels in the 1st and Nix in the 2nd…we have to take extreme measures…lol

ppl have some ridiculous opinions in this sub lol.

Clearly the best overall player in the draft rn imo.

Plus he also has the hidden ability of pissing off the saints fans to an unparalleled level. Rolling out LSU record holder and hero… only thing worse would be Falcons having burrow lol.

Anyways… he is the best fit for the current build of the team and best fit for the city regardless of anythin else. Atlanta really appreciates electric players and right now he’s the closest thing to come through the draft to Lamar tbh.

Him and Bijan in the same backfield would be different than anything thats been seen in the league. Almost in a historical sense. Hard to say until he is nfl tested but i cant think of a more athletically talented duo.

Also the this coming pass rusher class is trash. Its more of a roulette game than even normal. Only really dallas turner is guaranteed to add a few sacks… but nothing beyond that.

Last year class was suppose to be so great… but only jalen carter has really hit. His 4 or 5 sacks is leading all the rookies. And we could have easily taken him. Smh.

Really want players like Bijan and Pitts big play agility to pay off… put daniels on the field with them… otherwise they may continue to be a waste.

It was widely known that last years class was lacking in blue chip players and depth in the first round. And made up for it with depth in the middle rounds. That’s why you heard so much of the only two blue chippers in Bijan and Jalen. Some teams had as little as 10 guys with first round grades. Usually teams have 15-20 guys with those grades.

I feel like all that shit is sweet until the actual games are played. Hardly transfers over the way you think it would.

I’m not opposed to it but I’m fairly certain this regime is going to sign a vet. Also Arthur Smith won’t be fired. He’ll perform just well enough to convince blank for one more year to perfect his vision of the team. Since it’ll be an all-in year, he won’t have time to go through the rookie struggles again. So the draft will be OL or EDGE for the first round.
