The patch is fine, it is a small balance patch. You guys can’t be mad just because you are playing the game 15 hours per day and the change isn’t enough for “YOU”
You think that organizing the TI which is a 3 week event is easy? You don’t think this takes probably around 1 to 2 month for the team to plan? Still they released one patch before TI and one after it!
So either lower your expectations on patches or play the game less so it stays fresh.

People expecting a huge patch drop a couple of weeks after TI are insane. It was in Seattle. I am just glad for the baby nerfs to keep the obnoxious heroes in check.
it is amazing how little people expect of a multi million or even a billion dollar company.
