These stats are all time spent on a per player basis, not totals. Sounds to me like they had to cook up some stats to try and make this release look good. I could see it making sense that per player engagement would be really high if sales are really bad. What if only the hardcore fans that buy every installment are getting this? Wouldn’t that be the group of people that’s most likely to spend a bunch of time playing the game?
