so, i downloaded a few mod packs which have a bunch of animal mods and mobs, and using the doMobSpawning false command does nothing for the animals/mobs that came from my modpacks. how do I get rid of them? they’re everywhere and are REALLY lagging my game.

Contact the modders. They clearly did something wrong.
i feel like its something wrong with my game and not the modders, because i have over 20 animal mods (fairly popular ones like Better Animals Plus) and none of them are reacting to the doMobSpawning false command.
