As far as I’m aware, chests generate on the service level. If they attempt to generate in water, they will be on the service of the water. This is something I discovered when experimenting with modded bonus chest features.
Go to %appdata%\.minecraft\versions and delete the folder of your version. Then let the launcher reinstall this version. Make sure you also delete %appdata%\.minecraft\assets\indexes\.json otherwise resources can get swapped out causing weird problems.
You provided your server with a server-ip. This field should be empty. Don’t ask me why.
Share us the crashlog.
Please share a video with your F3 screen open so we can see more details about the framedrops.

The only servers you are whitelisted on, are probably only servers you already know. You can however join any public server even without a whitelist, as long as you are not blacklisted.
Except there is a way to globally search for servers you are whitelisted on. But that knowledge is known for being misused. Because it means you can join any server to grief them.
There is an attempt to apply post processing generation on a custom structure for a blocktype “deepslate_stairs” that does not exist. In vanilla we have cobbled deepslate stairs and polished deepslate stairs, but not regular deepslate stairs.
Contact the modders. They clearly did something wrong.
If you want me to make a mod like this, please DM me.

I need to mention that this feature might change in a future update. So as soon as 1.20.3 comes out, I would test this situation again.
You are accessing a file via Onedrive which can cause problems. Try it on a local directory instead.
You can create a normal world and generate the chunks. Then replace it’s level.dat file with one of a superflat world. The newly generated chunks will then be superflat.
I ran into the same problem. You can’t name it while it is in a minecart. If you release the endermite you can name and he will not hurt you that much. And it will also be easy to put him back in the minecart.
Go to your video settings and increase the Entity Distance and Render Distance.
You did a great job already. Just a couple of windows and it will look perfect.
This is not a very helpful description to me. Are there any builds that they made that are recognisible? Do you have more?
Please reupload the crashlog. If it says “Minecraft crashed intentionally”, that means your attempt pressing F3 simulates F3 + C instead, which is the hotkey to crash the game intentionally.
