I’m going to admit to being wrong. I was too hard on the guy. First two games looked like trash to me. The adjustments he has made and the playcalls since week 3 have improved even with losses to Carolina and ATL. The biggest adjustment he made is putting the ball in CJs hands.
Hopefully last week he learned that when he has a 10 point lead its better to hand the ball off than to risk an unnecessary mistake that gives a team a chance to win. We wouldn’t have a 6-4 record without Slowik.
I think fans were not to hard on him, he has adapted and gotten better. Seems like he is learning as a rookie OC and getting better each week.
