Bad experience with ChargePoint Home Flex - Do not recommend!!!
My charger stopped connecting to WiFi after about 7 months, I’ve been working with their customer service to get a refund since the 16th of October to no avail. After numerous e-mail and phone exchanges the best I can get out of them is repeated promises that the claim will be escalated to another team that never have yet to come to fruition.
A quick google search reveals that this is not a new issue, there are similar claims on myriad forums going back years about failed WiFi connections and lengthy return processes. I would highly recommend avoiding this company for home charging based on their customer service alone.
I’ve had my 32A Chargepoint Home Flex for nearly 4 years and have now used it for 2 different EVs. No issues at all. I use it for scheduled charging for utility Co savings and it’s wonderful. I’m sorry yours isn’t working properly, though. I could see how frustrating that’d be.
