What an absolute steal of a pickup. He is a GREAT rim protector. Something we previously lacked at the 5. Our 3 - 4 headed monster at the 5 of WCJ, Moe, Goga and sometimes JI is really versatile and seriously impressive.
Agreed, I didn’t realize it until last night but he is an excellent passer too. Made some great reads and found Franz and Suggs with some nice dimes in timely cuts to the basket. Great pickup!
Not to mention he plays really smart and doesn’t force up threes. I like WCJ, but one of the things I can’t stand that he does is forcing up bad threes, especially at inopportune times. Goga is showing that we don’t need our center to continuously shoot threes to spread the floor.
Goga is absolutely crushing it right now.
All of his box stats and advanced stats as a starter have him right up there with Gobert and Brook Lopez
He’s going to make it impossible to take him out of the SL if he keeps up that kind of play against two finals favorites this week
