Last night the Hawks showed why they are not a serious team. Our team defense is terrible and we turned the paint into a layup line. Capela is our big who is a rim protector. Onyeka is athletic and young, but he doesnt exactly deter anyone from attacking the paint.

Our drafts have been kind of nonsensical. We keep picking up new players at our deepest positions, then not giving them any minutes. We picked Griffin last year, and even though he hit 2 game winners in his first 2 months on the team, he is basically out of the rotation. We picked Bufkin this year, even though we have 2 fringe-all star point guards and he will never see the court.

But we need size. We traded away Collins, who wasnt a great defender but he could block shots. Last night we were playing stretches with Jaylen Johnson at center. That simply isnt going to work. Imagine if we have to play Embiid or Giannis in the playoffs. They will destroy us.

But who is really out there that a team would be willing to part with?
