Veach has built an elite defense through 2 years of excellent draft picks. However, the majority of our drafts have been focusing on the defense. Which was correct given the time. That being said, we neglected our offense this off-season and took mahomes and Kelce for granted. So here is my prediction for this off-season:

1. Trade for a good WR. We will tag and trade Chris Jones to do this. I know we all love him and he is awesome, but he has shown he wants more money than we can provide and we have larger problems. Targets are : Mike Evans, Waddle, Puka Nacua?

2. Draft any combination of 3 WR/TE (pass catching), using our highest pick. These guys cannot be shorter and slower like Skyy. Either tall or really fast.

3. Draft new tackles. This is where I trust Veach to find a late round gem to replace Jawaan Taylor (in a few years, God I hate his contact). Smith is mediocre so I would like to see a day 2 replacement for him. Our run blocking has been bad this year, we need improvement.

4. Trade/release: skyy Moore, MVS, Ritchie James, and Kadarius Toney. All these bums need to go. We need to start fresh. Our new WR1 will be our trade target and Rice will be our WR2.

5. Kelce is getting a little older. To be fair, opponents have been double/triple teaming him which speaks volumes of our other wide receivers. He should start to mentor our new pass catching tight end. Blake bell isn’t the answer, neither is forston (although more from an injury perspective than production). I forsee him retiring in 3 years.

We just lost a close game to the eagles where we beat ourselves. I honestly think we are tied with them at the top of the league. No shame losing a game against a quality opponent, but we need to address our teams huge flaws.
