The title pretty much says it all: I purchased a mesh wifi router, and it created two networks I can connect to: One that’s just the network name, and one that’s network_6GHz. If I want the fastest and most stable connection, which should I connect to? Thanks in advance! :)

Higher Hz has lower penetration of obstructions. Even a piece of paper can have an effect on connection quality, though not much.

So, start with 6ghz, and if you experience slowdowns or disconnects when you move throughout the area, drop down to the default.

Fastest and most stable connection will be highly dependent on the layout of your home and location of clients, so you’ll have to finger it out with that in mind.
